Previously announced changes to government funded childcare provision has now come into affect…
Eligible parents of children who have turned 2 years old before 1st April 2024 can now apply to access 15 hours of government funded childcare (the childcare would apply from September 2024).
From 12th May 2024, the applications will be open for eligible working parents whose children will be aged between 9 and 23 months old on 31st August 2024.
It is important to remember:
- you will be provided with a code that you will need to renew every three months
- some childcare providers may charge in addition to the government funding
